Abstract

The academic load at the university produces states of stress in the student, which triggers a group of emotional, cognitive, behavioral and physiological attitudes, generating a low student performance or even school dropout. The purpose of this analysis is to gather information about the effect of academic stress on the school society of the Universidad Politécnica de Chiapas, from the development of a virtual application. Psychometric and behavioral tests are used, along with physiological variables; applied in two stages: pre- and post-stressor. From the results obtained, it can be observed that stress creates significant changes in the mood of the student, in addition to harming their performance significantly and has an effect on levels of oxygenation.
