The choice of a multidisciplinary scientific journal is highlighted as a pathway that allows for an equitable representation of all areas of study in the university setting. The idea is explored that this inclusivity can be particularly valuable in university environments where creating specialized journals for each discipline may prove challenging. The importance of editorial management and production processes is underscored to address the key challenges faced by open-access digital journals, with the goal of consolidating standardization and indexing processes. In this way, a valuable perspective is offered for universities considering the establishment of multidisciplinary journals as an effective strategy to enhance visibility and engagement in scientific production
