Abstract

Epigenetics has sparked a revolution in the field of Biology, offering a new perspective on our genome. Through various simple examples, the author guides us from the molecular foundations of genetics to epigenetics, exploring the impact that the environment and lifestyle have on our genes. The journey concludes with a social focus on epimemetics and the influence of memes on social DNA.
