I/We, the undersigned author(s) of the manuscript entitled [“Title of the manuscript”], hereby accept the editorial, peer review, and open access policies of the Revista Mesoamericana de Investigación (RMI), ISSN 2683-3093.

Upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication, I/We transfer to the RMI the exclusive right to edit, publish, translate, reproduce, and distribute the work in any existing or future medium, whether in print, digital, electronic, or magnetic format.

The author(s) retain:

a) The moral rights of authorship, as well as any patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights associated with the work.
b) The right to reuse the article under the same terms granted to third parties by the CC BY-NC-ND (Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives) license.
c) The right to include the work in future academic compilations, books, theses, or other derivative academic products.

The manuscript does not infringe copyright and does not constitute plagiarism; it is free from any legal dispute related to its content.

This transfer does not hold the Editor-in-Chief nor the Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas liable for disputes related to authorship, plagiarism, misuse of data, or any harm caused to third parties.
